The science
Read the label. That's the science.
Named ingredients, clinical doses, published facts panels. This page explains what peptides are, where ours come from, and exactly what's in each formulation.

What a peptide actually is
Proteins are long chains of amino acids — hundreds or thousands of links. A peptide is a short chain: a fragment with a specific sequence. Your body makes and uses countless of them; food proteins break down into them during digestion.
The modern peptide field starts from a simple observation: within a single food protein there are thousands of possible fragments, and specific sequences behave differently from the whole. The work is finding the sequences worth isolating — which is a search problem, and why it took AI-scale analysis to do it systematically.

Where ours come from
Both hero ingredients are developed by Nuritas®, the Dublin biotech that pioneered AI peptide discovery — identifying specific peptide networks in everyday food proteins, then producing them by enzymatic hydrolysis at food-grade standard.
PeptiStrong® is a fava-bean peptide network. PeptiSleep® is a brown-rice peptide network. Both have been studied in human randomised controlled trials at the doses we use — 2.4g and 250mg respectively. UK law is strict about which research findings a food may repeat as marketing, so we don't. We name the ingredient, print the studied dose, and keep the label checkable.

Clinical dose = label dose
The supplement industry's favourite trick is the proprietary blend: impressive ingredients at invisible doses. An ingredient studied at grams, sprinkled in at milligrams, still earns its place on the label.
We publish the full facts panel for both formulations — every active, its exact dose, and %NRV where one exists. If an amount isn't final yet (this is a founding batch), the panel says so instead of pretending.

Two formulations, one system

day
PEPTAO Perform
The day formulation pairs PeptiStrong® with the three most defensible actives in sports nutrition: creatine monohydrate at the studied 3g daily intake — creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high-intensity exercise — plus magnesium, which contributes to a reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to normal muscle function, and vitamin D3, which contributes to the maintenance of normal muscle function.

night
PEPTAO Rest
The night formulation is built around magnesium bisglycinate — magnesium contributes to a reduction of tiredness and fatigue, to normal psychological function and to the normal functioning of the nervous system — alongside PeptiSleep®, L-theanine and apigenin, taken as a consistent pre-bed ritual.
