Terms — founding-batch pre-orders

1. Who we are

These terms cover pre-orders placed on this site for PEPTAO products. Trader identity: PEPTAO is a brand operated by Padel Fuel Limited. Contact: hello@peptao.com.

2. Pre-orders — what you're buying

Everything sold on this site is a founding-batch pre-order, and is labelled as such at the buy button and at checkout. Your payment is taken at the time of order and secures a unit from the first production run, with delivery expected by the stated window: October 2026. By placing an order you agree to this delivery window.

This is a first production run: founding orders are what commission manufacturing. We will keep you informed of material changes to the timeline.

3. The founding-member guarantee

If we miss the ship date — or the founding batch never ships — you get a full refund, plus a free unit when we launch. Cancel any time before dispatch for a full refund.

This guarantee is in addition to — and never replaces — your statutory rights.

4. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel your pre-order at any time before dispatch for a full refund, processed within 14 days of your request.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you also have the right to cancel within 14 days after the day you receive the goods, for any reason. To exercise it, contact us; refunds are made to your original payment method within 14 days of cancellation (or of our receiving the goods back, where applicable).

If we miss the stated delivery window, or the founding batch is never produced, every affected order is refunded in full — you don't need to ask twice.

5. Delivery

Delivery is to UK addresses. The expected window for the founding batch is October 2026, as agreed at checkout. We'll email dispatch confirmation with tracking when your order ships.

6. Products

Our products are food supplements. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and should not be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Always read the label before use.

Founding-batch supplement facts panels are finalised at production; the confirmed label is sent to founding members before dispatch.

7. General

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
